The rooftop houses Caviar Kaspia Roma, serving Italian dishes by chef Giovanni Giammarino. Signature items include crab-stuffed ravioli, sea bass tartare, and passion fruit cheesecake. Award-winning sommelier Alessia Meli curates Italian and international wines. Breakfast includes cereal, juice, and yogurt.

The property features Sole and Luna courtyards with industrial-inspired iron and concrete stairways, where art installations and performances are held. The architecture highlights historical stratifications through exposed electrical systems and stainless steel doors contrasting with original details.

Located in Rome's historic center, Rhinoceros is a 10-minute walk from the Roman Forum and Circus Maximus, 15 minutes from the Colosseum, and 10 minutes from Piazza Venezia. Nearby landmarks include Largo di Torre Argentina (1 km), Pantheon (1.5 km), and Campo de' Fiori (1.5 km).

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were incredibly well appointed with beautiful furniture and high-tech features like Bluetooth room audio and Bang & Olufsen TVs. They were very spacious and well designed, but not quite soundproof. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive to my needs without being obtrusive. The location was perfect, especially if you are interested in historical architecture, and the hotel is right beside historical ruins. The dining experience in the morning was not worthwhile. Overall, a wonderful stay filled with luxury and comfort.

The kitchen was a bonus for cooking meals with fresh market ingredients nearby. The service had its ups and downs with quick responses via WhatsApp but lacking help late at night. The location was a standout, right beside historical ruins and close to all the main attractions. However, the dining experience fell short, especially in the morning. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

On the bright side, the upgrade with a complimentary champagne was a lovely touch. The location was perfect too, being close to many major sights in Rome.
The hotel has a wonderful location close to many major sights in Rome and boasts big, luxurious rooms that are clean and comfortable with an amazing design. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking delicious meals with fresh ingredients from the farmers' market next door, although it did not fully meet our expectations and somewhat spoiled our holiday.
