Design Over Substance

closed rooftop bar inconvenient breakfast

The hotel's location provided easy access to major historical sites. I could walk to the Colosseum.

The advertised rooftop bar was closed. I was disappointed. Breakfast consisted of bread and yogurt delivered to the room. This setup felt cheap and inconvenient. This is hardly what one expects from a hotel touting itself as '5-star'.
